Refund policy

National Storage Tank will accept refunds and returns. When a tank is returned there is a $50 inspection fee and a 2-3 day inspection process before accepting the return. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be applied to your refunded amount. We do not accept return tanks that have been used, damaged or modified in anyway.

If a tank was ordered but never picked up or delivered and the order is needing to be canceled, there will be a 5% processing fee applied to your refunded amount.

If the order was paid for by a credit card the 3% fee will not be returned, this amount will be deducted from your overall refund.

If a tank was ordered but never picked up or delivered and the order is needing to be exchanged for another tank, we will not charge any additional fees.

Tanks will only be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase.
